Level 2 Award in Risk Assessment 

This course includes why risk assessments are necessary, the legal requirements relating to risk assessments and simple processes for carrying out a risk assessment. 
 
This course can be delivered at your place of business or a venue of your choosing for groups of up to 12 delegates 
 
Who is this qualification for? 
 
This qualification is aimed at individuals working in any environment who need to be more risk aware and provides them with the knowledge, understanding and skills to perform a risk assessment. 
 
It is suitable for learners working in any environment who need to be more risk aware by raising their knowledge of risk in the workplace and basic things they can do to control it. 
 
It is supported by Proskills, the Sector Skills Council for the process and manufacturing sector.

The course can be delivered at your venue on a date suitable to your needs. We could source a suitable venue on your behalf and run several open courses at our own venues. 
 
Assessment method 
 
This qualification is assessed by a multiple-choice examination.
