FOOD SAFETY 

½ Day (3 hour) L1 Food Safety 

The Level 1 Award in Food Safety in Catering is a qualification intended for learners working in the catering environment in low-risk roles but where there is an element of food handling. This could include bar workers, waiting staff, health care workers, kitchen porters and stock/store room staff. 
 
This course can be delivered at your place of business or a venue of your choosing for groups of up to 20 delegates  

1 Day (6 hour) L2 Food Outdoor (Forest Schools) Food Safety Course. 

This course has been designed to meet the requirements of cooking and catering outside of a standard kitchen environment. Ideal for organisations such as Forest School Practitioners, youth movements or anyone who delivers cooking instruction or undertakes outdoor catering.  
 
This course can be delivered at your place of business or a venue of your choosing for groups of up to 12 delegates  

1 Day (6 hour) L2 Food Safety. 

Learners gaining this qualification will know that food safety is the responsibility of everyone involved in the storage, preparation, cooking service and handling of food. Its topics are regarded by the Foods Standards Agency as being important to maintaining good practice in the production of safe food.
